We charge a flat rate of £3.50 across our candle, diffuser, wax melt and gift box ranges.

We charge a flat rate of £0.50 across our gift voucher range.

You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 30 days after purchase. The items must be unused and in its original condition. If your product is broken or faulty, then you have the same 30 day window to send back the item - you will then be offered either a refund or product(s) exchange that matches the value of the damaged item.
